Job Overview We are on the lookout for a dedicated and results-driven Regional Placement Coordinator to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities • Empower students by creating tailored career plans, which include assistance with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies. • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with local employers, industry partners, and community organizations to enhance placement opportunities. • Drive placement success by identifying, securing, and monitoring job placements for our students. • Provide continuous support to students post-placement, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. • Analyze placement data to offer insights and recommendations for program improvement. Required Skills • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficient written and verbal communication abilities. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications. • A genuine passion for facilitating the success of young individuals. • Capability to travel within your designated region with a valid driver’s license. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in workforce development, education, or a related field. • A minimum of three years of experience in career counseling, job placement, or a similar domain. • Experience with Job Corps programs or other youth development initiatives is a plus. • Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage. • Experience in data analysis and reporting is favorable.
