Salary: $950 - $1250 /week Job Type Full-time Location: Charlotte, NC T WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. • Assist customers in placing orders and provide information about products and services. • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
