Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required. Location: North Dakota (Remote, must reside in ND) A clinical trials company is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Service Specialist to support community pharmacies in optimizing their use of proprietary software systems. This position focuses on providing troubleshooting assistance, guiding pharmacy staff through technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer support. This is a remote position requiring strong technical and communication skills. Duties: • Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting and technical issues related to proprietary software. • Respond to inbound support calls with a customer-focused approach. • Conduct proactive outbound calls to pharmacies to provide ongoing support and address potential issues. • Guide pharmacy staff through effective software use to enhance workflows. Schedule: • Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Requirements: • Active North Dakota Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (no negative history). • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate digital platforms confidently. • Fast learner with the ability to master proprietary systems through comprehensive training. • Excellent communication skills, including clear and professional phone interactions. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and proactive attitude. • Previous remote work experience is required. • Experience in pharmacy operations is a plus but not mandatory.
