Online/ Remote Data Entry Clerk
Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk Integrum Solutions, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk. We are looking for a self driven and detail oriented individual with a friendly and collaborative attitude. This is a part-time, temporary, (10-20 hrs/week), fully remote position. Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk will be assigned a minimum and maximum number of hours available to work based on the needs of the Company; however, all shifts must be a minimum of 2 hours. During the initial 90-day training period, the Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk will need to work a regular schedule between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday. After successfully completing the training period, work hours may be scheduled between the hours of 8:00AM-10PM PST, Monday to Friday. Employees planned schedule must be submitted to their supervisor one week before the workweek begins. Work hours must be able to accommodate remote staff meetings, as required, including video. Employees MUST be able to work reliably within a confidential environment. Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk MUST maintain a HIPPA compliant home office/workspace. Online/Remote Data Entry Clerks work with children's Protected Health Information (PHI), and are required to sign a Confidentiality agreement and follow HIPPA compliant data handling rules. Employees must provide their own computer and reliable internet. To be considered for this position, the prospective Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk must have the following equipment and software:
- Modern computer with current/updated software*
2 monitors and high speed internet access. The work that we do, requires 2 screens to be truly efficient. Efficiency is the #1 indicator of job performance for Data Entry. Excel, Word and Smart-sheet knowledge is a plus. New hires are part-time temporary employees subject to a 90-day training period. Upon successful completion of the 90-day training period, new hires transition to regular employee status.
