Data Entry Pharmacy Technician - Intake/Order Entry (ONSITE)

Key Responsibilities Precisely input electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions into our advanced system. Manage communication with healthcare providers, addressing phone calls and voicemails in a professional manner. Effectively resolve issues raised by various departments to ensure streamlined operations. Carry out all duties in a compliant and safe manner, adhering to both company policies and relevant state/federal regulations. Undertake additional related tasks as required within the Pharmacy Technicians scope. Required Skills At least 6 months of relevant experience in a Pharmacy Technician role or similar environment. Exemplary phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Basic competency in pharmacy-related calculations. Qualifications A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory. Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required.
