Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of club operations, including restaurant management and catering services. • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability while maximizing profitability. • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources. • Maintain high standards of food management and safety compliance in the kitchen. • Manage POS systems effectively to streamline transactions and enhance customer experience. • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings within the club. • Monitor industry trends to keep the club competitive and appealing to guests.
