Remote Collections Rep - Must reside in Jax, FL & minimum 2 years debt collections experience

About the position NATIONAL ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS is an award-winning Debt Collection Agency located in Solon, OH, and we are currently seeking qualified collection agents to join our team. This position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in the Jacksonville, FL area. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of two years of debt collections experience and strong negotiation skills. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 to $20, depending on experience, along with an uncapped monthly commission opportunity. Our average monthly commission over the last 90 days has exceeded $2,000, which is in addition to the hourly wage, making this a lucrative position for the right candidates. As a Collections Representative, your typical workday will consist of contacting consumers by phone to discuss payment options and find creative solutions to secure payments. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service while accurately documenting customer interactions on the computer. The position requires applying techniques offered in training and coaching to continuously improve performance towards set goals. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with no weekends required, and consist of three days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and two days from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Voluntary overtime may be available as needed. To succeed in this role, you must provide excellent customer service, possess a can-do attitude, and be committed to a 40-hour work week.
