Primary Responsibilities: Review team stats/adherence (NICE app) and provide supervisor with feedback on individual and team progress. Supervisor should be included in all communication between a lead and team member. Open communication is important for consistency and success Apply knowledge/skills to complex activities Remain available to staff to answer questions via email or Teams Ensure staff is clearly informed of all procedures and updates i.e. KnowledgeNow, PA communications (updates), training, refreshers, etc. Make recommendations on efficiencies, improvements, or enhancements to existing workflow and process Other duties/projects as assigned to assist your supervisor (such as BSL, Floor Marshall, POET, round table discussion, etc.) Assist with WF chat, monitor tech’s OOA CCR- Lead to address Ancillary task close to SLA for techs and notate resolution before sending Work in production. Production expectation is 50% of shift (includes scheduled case building and/or phone coverage) Assist regional or other personnel (internal and external) via SharePoint request or email and respond to requests (please complete any pending request after CCR) Take escalated and/or supervisor calls Complex tech cases (caller holding longer than 10min); Instruct tech to get call back info and lead call back once issue resolved if needed Rotate Saturday Coverage (on-call or full shift) when scheduled Saturday SME is off per IEX schedule What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
