Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities: • Provide first call resolution for incoming calls or direct to appropriate personnel. • Provide superior and consistent customer service to customers via the telephone and electronic communication. • Responsible for debit card processing and fraud monitoring. • Responsible for online banking support. • Responsible for assistance with client account maintenance. • Enroll and review mobile deposits. • Provide customer support for various mobile banking apps. • Electronic document filing and maintenance.
