This is a remote, contract-to-hire position in the Accounting and Finance industry that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and thriving team. Why join us? 100% remote Contract to hire As a contract/temporary employee: 75% paid benefits, 25% for dependents 401K As a permanent employee: Strong medical, dental and vision 401K match Paid time off Paid holidays Job Details As a Consulting (to permanent) Accounts Payable Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Processing expense reports and ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for and validated. 2. Performing 3 Way Match tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice processing. 3. Handling all aspects of Accounts Payable including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management. 4. Performing ACH transactions, bank reconciliations, and other financial transactions as required. 5. Using Deltek Time and Expense to track expenses and time spent on various projects. 6. Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues. 7. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. 8. Providing regular reports and updates to management regarding the status of accounts payable. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field. 2. Extensive experience with Deltek Time and Expense. 3. Proficiency in 3 Way Match, Invoicing, ACH transactions, and bank reconciliations. 4. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 8.
