Responsibilities • Provide quality nursing care to newborns from the acute phase of illness through recovery. , • Support families during hospitalization and prepare them for discharge. , • Participate in decision-making for the care of the child. , • Work as part of a specialized nursing team in a Level IV neonatal center. , • Engage in neonatal transport services as a member of the transport team. Requirements • Current RN licensure to practice nursing in Michigan. , • Minimum of 2 years recent Neonatal Intensive Care RN experience. Nice-to-haves • BSN , • Recent level IV NICU nursing experience, including experience with ECMO and infant transport. , • Demonstrated effective communication and problem-solving skills. , • Ability to work in a team atmosphere utilizing effective delegation skills. , • Flexibility in response to the changing needs of the intensive care environments.
