Qualifications • Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. • Completion of an accredited internship and residency in family medicine. • Current license to practice medicine in New York State. • Board certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board (or board-eligible if graduating in 2025).
