WORK ENVIRONMENT: We are a remote first company with the exception of a few positions being onsite in our designated locations. The positions which are remote you will need to be able to travel a few times a year. You may be required at times to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations with your team members. POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for full stack developers with experience working within the banking industry or fintech to join our Core Banking team to develop the front and backend of our enterprise applications as well as integrations into 3rd party systems. The position of Full Stack Developer combines technical experience, analytical abilities, and sound coding skills. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES • Translate UX designs and business requirements into technical specifications and provide effort estimates • Create & review software architecture designs including visual representations • Identify and articulate risk and potential mitigations • Develop highly complex and integrated enterprise applications with superior web experiences meeting highest security and legal compliance standards and all non-functionals including scalability, resilience, configurability, and upgradeability • Deliver high quality code in shortest time in collaboration with your peer mobile, web and backend developers from your squad team including doing code reviews • Analyze root causes of mission-critical issues under time pressure and provide rapid mitigations QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer using Java/Kotlin, JavaScript, and ReactJS • 2+ years of experience working in the banking industry creating large, complex enterprise applications • Experience with working in agile environments • Very good communicator Salary & Benefits: • $90,000 – $120,000 Annual Salary • Annual Cash Bonus and Equity Options commensurate with the role level and experience • 100% Fully Remote • Robust 401(k) plan with company match • Insurance - Health, Dental and Vision (Nymbus covers 100% of the Healthcare and Basic Dental premiums) • Flexible Paid Time Off Apply Job!
