Money Wellness & Financial Literacy Coach

We are on the lookout for Financial Wellness Coach who can help support our amazing clients improve their relationship with money and stay on track to meet their financial goals. As an already experienced coach, you know that no two days are the same. You have the flexibility to create your own schedule, curate workout plans how you best see fit, and leave our customers feeling supported. Examples of topics you can provide coaching advice in: • Buying a home • Saving for a wedding • Planning for retirement • Exploring mortgage options (if coach lives in a different state or country than client, they instruct what research client needs to go do, then they bring back this info to the coach to explore/understand together) • Navigating pension options • How to speak to spouse about their spending habits while needing to save for child’s education • Fears around money (where it started, relationship with it, and how it affects us today) If you're right for this role • You are passionate about helping people reach their goals • You have coaching experience. Virtual coaching a plus • You are an excellent communicator and active listener • You are excited to pilot new coaching protocols in a test-driven environment Requirements • Fluency in English • Own an iPhone or Android smartphone • At least 5+ years of experience as a professional coach • Industry certifications required • Preferred: Registration as an Independent Contractor Nice to haves • You can coach in other languages • Fun hobbies and side hustles Benefits • Monthly coach connect calls run by our team • Meetups with your country’s coaching community • New friends in fellow coaches like you • Work from your home or office.
