Location: Remote (U.S. nationwide) Hours: • Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM • Hours are 9AM-9PM during OEP Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients in signing up for ACA plans, providing detailed insights into various options. • Manage a high volume of phone calls, handling over 100 calls daily. • Address and escalate issues or unique cases to supervisory staff. • Maintain a positive and consistent work routine. • Ensure all agreements are finalized with accurate documentation and compliance. Requirements: • Possess a 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License. • Licensed in over 15 states with active FFM certification (proof required during initial interview). • Set up a professional remote work environment with a reliable internet connection (100Mbps or better), a quiet workspace, and a headset. • Ability to close 6-10 deals daily. • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills and target-driven diligence. Compensation: • Base draw of $400 against earned commissions. • Earn $15 per individual deal for the first two weeks, then $20 per deal thereafter. • Additional $5 incentive for each family member included in a family plan. • Bonus opportunities for add-ons and ancillaries, detailed in the interview. • Anticipate weekly earnings between $1,500 to $3,000 or more, based on performance.
