About the Role: As an Account Executive, your main objective will be to drive growth in our living benefits and life insurance book of business. Using our proven sales process, you'll reach out to both existing prospects and new opportunities to expand our reach. This role is focused on P&C insurance, and you’ll have a direct impact on our success in this area. We're looking for a motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills to help us grow. Responsibilities: • Proactively call clients to assess insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support • Stay updated on life insurance products and industry trends • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals Requirements: • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of lead development, follow-ups, and closing deals • Excellent multitasking, computer, and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Familiarity with sales software; knowledge of Infusionsoft is a plus • Active P&C Producer License • 1-2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry • Multilingual skills (Russian, Lithuanian, Spanish) are a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail This is a remote position.
