Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for home and auto insurance. , • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections. , • Handle up to 20-25 inbound calls per day from customers. , • Maintain a distraction-free environment to focus on customer interactions. , • Collaborate with team members while also working independently. Requirements • 2+ years of proven track record in sales. , • Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections. , • Willingness to obtain and maintain all state licenses for insurance sales. , • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
