Worship Leader & Media Director

Faith Center is seeking a dynamic and spiritually mature individual to fill the combined role of Worship Leader and Media Director. This unique position is designed for a creative and organized individual who is passionate about leading worship and effectively managing the church’s media department. This individual should be someone who can engage with the congregation through powerful worship experiences and ensure that our media platforms effectively communicate the church’s mission and vision. Key Responsibilities: • Worship Leader: • Lead and oversee the worship aspects of the church’s services, including song selection, arrangement, and overall flow of the service. • Recruit, train, and manage a team of musicians, vocalists, and technical volunteers. • Plan and coordinate worship sets that align with the sermon theme and church. • Lead weekly rehearsals, ensuring that the worship team is prepared both musically and spiritually. • Collaborate with the pastoral team to integrate various elements of the service, such as prayer, scripture readings, and special music. • Stay current with trends in worship music and incorporate new songs that are theologically sound and congregation-friendly. • Put together song arrangements using worship track through Playback (Multitracks) • Media Director: • Oversee all aspects of the church’s media and technology, including audio, video, lighting, and live streaming. • Manage and maintain the church’s website ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and consistent with the church’s brand. • Help our Marketing Director coordinate and produce video content for worship services, announcements, and other church events. • Train and lead a team of volunteers in the operation of audio/visual equipment during services and special events. • Work closely with the communications team to develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy that enhances the church’s outreach efforts. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during services or events. • Qualifications: • A committed and growing follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for worship and media ministry. • Proven experience in leading worship in a church setting. • Strong musical skills, including proficiency in playing an instrument (preferably guitar or keyboard) and vocal leadership. • Experience with audio/visual equipment, live streaming, and video production. • Proficiency in software and tools related to media, such as ProPresenter, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively with church staff, and volunteers. • A heart for service and a desire to see others grow in their faith through worship and media ministries. • Preferred Qualifications: • A degree in music, worship ministry, media production, or a related field. • Experience in graphic design and/or web development.
