Responsibilities Working with loan processors to obtain necessary documentation to meet company/regulatory compliance standards. , Conditioning settlement agents and loan processors for corrections, clarifications or items needed prior to the drawing of final loan documents. , Analyzing loan files before final closing docs are drawn for state/federal compliance. , Sending out lender's instructions and balancing figures with settlement agents. , Ensuring accuracy in LOS system before final closing documents are drawn. , Ordering funding wires and obtaining conditions needed prior to or after loan funding. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a multi-state closer/funder in the residential mortgage industry. , Compliance experience is a plus.
