Infrastructure Tech Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Infrastructure Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.Duties: Lead a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group, and in creating a technology domain roadmap. Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals. Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements. Recommend product customization for system integration. Identify problem causality, business impact, and root cause. Exhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors, products, and services. Advise or mentor junior team members. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation in the financial services industry. Four (4) years of experience must include: Working with VMware Horizon to connect session hosts and desktops including the agent that runs on the target host and desktop including Windows and Linux OS platforms, and the Connection Servers that control session brokering and routing functions for the platform; Working with Ansible Tower to manage and automate delivery of content including applications and patches to all Linux endpoints; Integrating Red Hat Enterprise Linux with VMware Horizon View to deliver a Linux Virtual Desktop on a native hypervisor; Working with Login VSI to evaluate the impact of planned application changes and deployments, and to automate functionality testing of applications prior to packaging; Working with Microsoft Intune/MECM/SCCM (Modern Endpoint Configuration Manager) to deploy policy, operating system images, and applications to Windows endpoints; and Working with public/private key infrastructure interaction to ensure secure principals are in place within products managed. 40 hrs./wk.
