High Ticket Appointment Setter/Sales

RoofEngine.com is seeking a high-ticket appointment setter who desires to grow within the organization and have the opportunity for future growth at our digital marketing agency. This is a full-time position and would require complete focus and attention. It is a virtual role, so location can be independent. This position is 100% commission-based, and you will be responsible for your own taxes as a 1099 contractor. You will be responsible for working and dialing the company’s lead database, as well as prospecting and creating new opportunities for the sales team through cold email and cold social media messaging. With aggressive bonuses and commissions, you will be able to earn $5,000-$10,000 per month within the first few months of starting this role. Ideal candidates will have some telemarketing experience in the past, and be skilled in being able to follow sales scripts yet still think creatively on their feet. Customer service experience is a plus, as the next level of growth at the company is as an account manager sales representative, where residual compensation is offered and earning potential is $10,000-$40,000 per month. Ideal candidates will be promoted within 12-18 months of exceptional performance. Sales commissions are paid biweekly once onboarding conditions are met, and monthly bonuses are paid on the first biweekly period after the end of the month. There is unlimited earning potential in this role. All applicants will be required to fill out a personality survey to ensure they are a fit for the organization, as well as successfully complete a mock sales call in the second interview.
