Key Responsibilities • Provide engaging, specialized academic and test-preparation instruction to high school and some middle school students across the Chicagoland area. • Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with students and clients through professional and compassionate support. • Maintain an organized schedule using Microsoft Outlook for tutoring sessions. • Ensure effective communication by responding promptly to students, parents, and educational administrators. • Participate in required training and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices. Required Skills • Proficient knowledge in English, mathematics, reading, and science. • Strong commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and educational equity. • Reliable access to technology, including a computer with a webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download/upload) for virtual instruction. • Consistent availability of at least 10 hours per week. • Ability to effectively teach all subjects covered on the ACT. Qualifications • A bachelor's degree in any field. • A profound passion for facilitating student success and development. • Demonstrated expertise in relevant subjects is preferred.

Compensation
