Help law firms use Lead Docket to its full potential (with employee ownership)

We are a fast-growing team of 45+ legal-tech professionals focused on helping law firms grow with Filevine, Lead Docket and related technology. We are growing our team focused on law firm marketing and intake performance built on the Lead Docket platform. Remote job and all US-based employees at Vineskills become owners through our ESOP, Employee Stock Ownership Plan. We are a Filevine partner providing services to hundreds of law firms, and many of them need Lead Docket implementations and ongoing customizations. Our monthly Lead Docket Optimization services have grown, and we are working with many of the largest and fastest-growing law firms using Lead Docket. Who is an ideal fit for this? • You have outstanding skills with Lead Docket, evaluating marketing performance, and intake best practices for law firms. • You are entrepreneurial or creative, you can contribute to continually improving how we offer Lead Docket services to our clients. • You enjoy coaching other team members who focus primarily on Filevine and do a little with Lead Docket for the clients they serve. Many of the Lead Docket implementation projects would be done jointly with other team members who already know the law firm team and business process. • You enjoy learning and growing in your technology and teamwork skills. • You enjoy meaningful work, are relatively self-managed when goals are clear, and excel as a 100% remote team member. What skills are needed? • Big picture thinker who is good at asking questions and helping lead clients with strategy. • 2+ years working with Lead Docket. • 3+ years experience in law firm marketing and/or intake. What work needs to get done? • Think of us as an "insourced team member" who focused on continually improving the legal tech platforms and training people to use them well. While this role is focused on Lead Docket, we take this approach to all our services. • Most of our Lead Docket Optimization clients are plaintiff law firms looking to improve their intake performance. We help establish marketing integrations for detailed lead attribution through settlement and ROI-based reporting. Each client is a bit different, and we aim to help lead with both strategy and technical implementation. • We have built a custom reporting platform called the Lead Docket Dashboard to help manage intake team performance and report actual results to marketing vendors. • Regularly scheduled check-in calls with the client to keep things on track and build long-term relationships.
