Pediatric Call Center Team Lead- Remote- Every Weekend and One Weekday

About the position The Pediatric Call Center Team Lead position at Atrius Health is a remote part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to patients. The role involves managing incoming calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, and supporting the interdisciplinary care delivery model. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to enhance patient access and satisfaction. Responsibilities • Receive incoming calls and inquiries from patients. , • Assist patients in managing appointments and care. , • Provide extraordinary customer service to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship. , • Support the interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model through various support duties. , • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding. Requirements • A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a call center environment or scheduling experience. , • Preferred experience working in a Pediatric Department. , • Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs is required. , • Electronic medical record (EMR) experience or aptitude to master EMR based on other technology experience is required. , • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, customer service, and time management skills. Nice-to-haves • Working knowledge of patient-related documents is preferred. , • A bachelor's or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare.
