LMSW/LPC-A (Fully Remote in CT, Part-Time, 12 hour min, Monday-Friday)

Solstice Healthcare is an expanding mental health practice serving all of Connecticut with a goal of providing patient-centered care compassionately and with integrity. We provide quality Psychotherapy and Medication Management with a team of skilled professionals. Our team is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. We are looking for an ambitious candidate who takes accountability while displaying excellence to our patients and team members. Compensation & Benefits: • Up to 62k/year for 32 hours/week • Telehealth position where you can work from your home office 100% of the time • W2 Status (not Independent Contractor) • Earn clinical hours toward your licensure • Leadership and career advancement opportunities • Direct Deposit • Administrative support to handle all of the intake calls, scheduling, billing, and credentialing so you can focus on your patients • Continued support during your on-boarding, and thereafter for any support needed Schedule: • Set your own hours throughout the week (between 8a-9p Monday-Friday); Weekend availability is not needed • Fully Remote Job Responsibilities: • Establish a positive, trusting rapport with patients • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders • Complete all progress notes no later than 48 hours after appointments • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and every 6 months thereafter • Maintain proper licenses and follow professional guidelines • Check email communication daily and respond within 24 hours • Contribute to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed • Collaborate with administrative staff and management to exceed best practices and grow our organization Requirements: • Active LPC-A or LMSW licensure in Connecticut • Must be willing to treat patients between the ages of 13 and 60 years old • Must have a home office or workspace that ensures complete privacy and that complies with HIPAA guidelines. Must have a reliable computer and internet to conduct telehealth sessions • Be able to establish boundaries with patients and enforce company policies • Integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic • Ability to behave in a professionally appropriate manner in and out of sessions • High Quality Written and Verbal Skills • Proficient with Technology and willingness to learn systems used • Be eager to learn, independent, problem solver, adaptable to change and have a growth mentality Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $62,000.00 per year Medical Specialty: • Psychiatry Schedule: • Choose your own hours Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
