Public Speaker & Sales Specialist - Engineering Education Programs

Responsibilities

This role requires someone who thrives on travel, has a flair for public speaking (important as you will be doing this the most), and possesses exceptional persuasive skills. • The primary responsibility is to conduct introductory sessions in colleges, present our programs to students, and convert these interactions into program registrations. • Travel extensively to engineering colleges across India to deliver impactful introductory sessions. • Present CAPABL’s workshops and training programs to students in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner. • Convince students about the value of the programs and guide them through the registration and fee payment process. • Develop and maintain a strong stage presence to address large audiences confidently. • Build relationships with college administrators and student representatives to facilitate smooth program execution. • Gather feedback from sessions to improve future presentations and share insights with the team. Key Requirements: • Exceptional Communication Skills: Must be a confident orator with an ability to captivate and influence an audience. • Stage Presence: Should have a charismatic personality and the power to connect with and inspire students. • Travel Enthusiasm: Must be willing and eager to explore new places and visit colleges across India. • Sales Orientation: A knack for convincing people and driving program registrations through engaging presentations. • Adaptability: Ability to customize the delivery style based on the audience and college environment. • Experience: Previous experience in public speaking, training, or sales-oriented roles is a plus.
