Nuuly Customer Success Associate, (REMOTE) Part-Time Weekend Evening Shift

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Associate to join our remote team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service, thrive in remote work environments, and have availability on weekend evenings. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management. • Provide accurate information about Nuuly’s products, services, and policies. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly’s values and brand voice. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services. Qualifications: • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Availability to work evenings on weekends. • Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM tools and other software. • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
