Student Recruitment Support - Family Outreach and Data Entry
Description: Originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM serves more than 2,500 youth annually. We create lifelong learners equipped to fulfill their vision of success in and out of the classroom. The DREAM Student Recruitment team is looking for part-time support with generating new applications for our East Harlem, Mott Haven and Highbridge campuses. Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment, support staff will execute weekly assignments as part of the recruitment strategy. Ideal team members will enjoy talking to new people and have a deep knowledge of DREAM schools. Requirements: Can effectively communicate with prospective families over the phone and serve as a positive ambassador for DREAM. Proficient in spoken Spanish, preferred. Ability to make calls primarily between the hours of 5-8pm. Some weekend availability to make calls, preferred. Customer service orientation. Effective time management and ability to prioritize. Ability to keep information organized in order to complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to enter data accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to learn and accurately use databases. Familiarity with SchoolMint, preferred.
