Compensation & Benefits Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. Minimum starting rate of $30.93/hour, with regular increases reaching $36.73/hour. An additional shift premium of $1.50/hour applies for 3rd shift. Testing components, sensors, controls, and system performance to ensure proper sequence of operation of the unit according to customer and engineering specifications. Must pass Test Technician test within 40 day probationary period. Knowledge of single phase, three phase, and high/low voltage circuitry. Knowledge of gas types/systems. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. Strong understanding of electrical schematics and sequence of operation. Excellent math skills. Ability to read and understand instructions. Ability to complete paperwork required by operations. Advanced analytical ability. Ability to use gauges, electrical meters, and diagnostic tools Ability to distinguish wire gauges and types. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and test stands. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to operate material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills. EPA certification Type I and II. Perform daily housekeeping tasks. Be adaptable enough to learn the necessary functions in a timely manner and perform them within accepted output and quality levels. Must follow standard safe practices that apply to all activities.
