Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This 100% remote position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong background in sales and recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and managing client relationships, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets client needs and drives business growth.

It is a B2B Sales Hunter Role with middle of the pack recruiters here making $100k/yr and top performers are making $300k+.
