Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively. Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback. Qualifications: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with Disney’s brand and content is a plus.
