About the position The 1:1 In-Home Instructor position is designed for dedicated educators who provide personalized, in-person support to students, particularly those with unique learning needs. This role emphasizes a holistic approach to education, focusing on both academic achievement and social-emotional learning. Instructors will work with a 14-year-old student with autism and anxiety, tailoring their teaching methods to meet the student's individual needs and preferences, particularly in science.
