Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to PepsiCo products and services. Assist customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure long-term satisfaction. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Technical proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer service platforms. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform job duties remotely. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
