REMOTE - Print Production System Analyst II - R8449

Job Summary The Print Production Systems Analyst II is responsible for providing analytical support for SLA’s and print production cost processing for production-related activities and projects within Business Partner Operations (BPO). This is a remote position, print production/fulfillment and health plan experience are preferred. Essential Functions • Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing large datasets of different forms including structured, semi-structured and unstructured data • Perform data analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders and/or regulatory agencies • Conduct reviews of data systems and reporting data to identify and remediate data quality issues while coordinating with members of internal and external teams • Provide complex metrics and analytics as required by leadership • Perform any other job related instructions, as requested Education And Experience • Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience is required • Minimum of three (3) years of data analysis and project management is required • Experience in Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing is required • Experience analyzing complex data sets made of unstructured, semi-structure and structure datasets to drive insights is required • Health Care experience preferred Competencies, Knowledge And Skills • Strong programming skills including SQL and visual studio • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs: Excel, Access, Sharepoint, and Powerpoint • Demonstrated knowledge with relational databases, structured and unstructured data • Knowledge of database design and implementation tools, including entity-relationship data modeling and SQL • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail Licensure And Certification • None Working Conditions • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation

Range $70,800.00 - $113,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
