What You’ll Do: • Provide high-quality, interactive virtual tutoring sessions aligned with state standards. • Support students in general education subjects (Math, Science, English, Social Studies) as well as AP, IB, and foreign language courses. • Assess learning gaps, track progress, and create customized strategies to improve student performance. • Foster a supportive and engaging virtual learning environment that builds confidence and academic success. • Utilize virtual tools and platforms to connect with students effectively. What You Bring: • Current and valid Tennessee State Teaching Certification (required). • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related subject (Master’s preferred). • Experience teaching or tutoring in grades 3-12, including AP, IB, or foreign language instruction. • Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.). • A commitment to student success, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. • Tools Needed: Computer, phone, internet access, and quiet work environment.
