Collaborate closely with parents, general education teachers, and the broader educational community to design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each students specific needs. Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring virtual classroom environment that supports student success and well-being. Qualifications Master's Degree in Special Education or a related discipline. Active certification in Special Education through North Dakota state or a commitment to obtain it prior to commencing employment. Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and remote teaching technologies is advantageous; however, a readiness to learn and adapt is essential.
