Carrier Recruiter - Non-CDL Service Partner- REMOTE

Summary

The Carrier Recruiter plays a key role in delivering top-tier recruitment services for the Ryder organization, focusing on efficiency and leveraging cutting-edge recruitment methods. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting Non-CDL, DOT Carriers with experience in white-glove, in-home delivery using 26' Box Trucks to support our clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in expanding and maintaining a pool of qualified carriers for existing operations and any new business ventures. REMOTE Work from HOME Essential Functions • Source, screen, interview, and refer Non-CDL, DOT owner-operators to site leadership for current and new operations. • Oversee recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring all steps—sourcing, screening, onboarding—are completed efficiently. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with carriers, site leadership, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders. • Ensure a seamless and positive recruiting and onboarding experience for carrier candidates. • Ensure compliance with all legal and DOT regulations throughout the recruitment process. • Keep the management team informed with regular updates on market conditions and recruitment progress, using strong communication. • Position the organization as the partner of choice for potential carriers. • Collaborate with senior operations teams, site managers, and fellow recruiters to drive recruitment success. • Manage recruitment KPIs, executing strategies such as advertising, remote recruitment, and tracking progress. • Provide insights into recruitment strategies, market conditions, and potential challenges. Additional Responsibilities • Apply judgment within established procedures to determine the most effective actions • Ensure compliance with established protocols and contribute ideas for process improvements. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Skills and Abilities • Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making ability., Required • Comfortable working remotely and in the field., Required • Excellent oral and written communication skills., Required • Proficiency with MS Office and online search tools., Required • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities., Required • Customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships., Required • Familiarity with Salesforce, RiskConnect, and OpenForce platforms is a plus., Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent to four to eight years in a related field, Required • 2 years or more in full-life cycle recruiting., Required • Experience in transportation/logistics contract management., Required • 2 years or more in recruiting owner-operators or drivers., Required Travel 20-30% #LI-AW Job Category: Supply Chain

Compensation

Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay Range: $65,000 Maximum Pay Range: $75,000 The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
