Remote Licensed Therapist | Flexible Work Environment

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Licensed Therapist to join our esteemed team in a fully remote capacity or a hybrid model that suits your preferences. Key Responsibilities • Deliver individual therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, including adults, teenagers, couples, and individuals from different cultural backgrounds. • Efficiently manage and document a caseload of 12-25 clinical sessions weekly. • Complete electronic notes, treatment plans, and DSM 5 diagnoses punctually. • Schedule and manage client appointments while collaborating with other healthcare providers and family members to ensure holistic client care. • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your practice. • Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for clients. Required Skills • Active licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois. • A minimum of one year of counseling experience is required; prior experience in private practice is advantageous but not mandatory. • Demonstrated ability to handle caseloads independently with strong communication and organizational skills. • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to creating a supportive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues. Qualifications • Current Illinois state license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT). • At least one year of counseling experience, ideally focused on individual therapy. • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP applications.
