Schedule: Part-time Shift : Days: 12-hour shifts, twice a week, variable days Location: 2525 S DOWNING ST, Denver, 80210 The value you’ll bring to the team: • Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by a Registered Nurse. • Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members. • Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals. Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs. • May perform in a sitter role.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: • High School Diploma OR GED (Required within one year of hire). • Certified Nursing Assistant – State Registered. • BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
