Remote Project Manager - Supply Chain & Manufacturing | WFH

Job Overview We are in search of a committed Project Manager to become an integral part of our Manufacturing & Supply Chain division. This unique opportunity allows you to manage and optimize tool crib operations while engaging in both desk responsibilities and hands-on support on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the operations of the tool crib to ensure optimal storage of parts and supplies. • Lead and direct the crib team in daily tasks and operations. • Conduct data analysis and create reports to facilitate informed decision-making. • Foster collaboration among team members and management, cultivating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere. • Maintain professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective exchanges. • Organize and prioritize tasks to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines. • Occasionally operate a forklift (certification is a requirement). Required Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including functions such as VLOOKUP and the creation of work templates. • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations. • Strong command of spelling and grammar, alongside excellent typing skills. • Valid driver’s license. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or industrial environment (internships considered).
