ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE... -Communicate with clients daily to be appraised of their schedule availability -Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically -Engage in ongoing learning to stay informed about company and industry updates. -Scheduling google calendar meetings for all appointments -Send customer and client group sms with appointment details -Send client a call transcript after each call -Take feedback from clients to refine communication with customers -Perform any admin tasks requested during low volume call times -Call past happy clients to request google maps review submission ????
