Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. • Utilize office software for data entry and record management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. • Proficient in computer usage, including office software applications. • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
