Key Responsibilities • Deliver teletherapy services to middle school students, primarily focusing on English Language Arts. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure that every student receives the support they need to flourish. • Utilize provided resources and tools to enhance the learning experience for students. • Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and interventions to track academic improvement. Required Skills • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Special Education principles and practices. • Expertise in English Language Arts instruction. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work autonomously while managing time effectively. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field. • A valid Special Education Certification from the state of Ohio is required. • A Master's degree in Special Education is preferred. • Previous experience in a role as an Intervention Specialist or Special Education Teacher is preferred. • Prior experience in virtual teaching is a plus, but not mandatory.
