Hiring Software Delivery is looking for a Product Manager to own Rhythm of the Business (ROB) mechanisms and special projects. The Business Operation's primary purpose is to transform the organization to drive efficient, high visibility work that maximizes organizational impact. Through the establishment and inspection of structures and mechanisms, we drive impact of product and service management, goal achievement, business change management, communications, and organizational design As a centralized support across all organization verticals, our initiatives and mechanisms enhance and accelerate time, information, and decision-making efficiency for the organization. We are open to candidates in Arlington, Seattle, Bellevue, or Vancouver. Key job responsibilities - Drive HSD's technical continuous improvement program by partnering with leaders of our 400 SDE team, across other PXT tech teams, and product teams. - Develop a roadmap for technical and KTLO reduction initiatives within Architecture, Delivery Excellence, Operational Excellence, and People. Technical initiatives increase delivery velocity, reduce operational risk, improve service performance, and reduce developer toil. This includes capacity planning strategies across technical and product related roadmaps. - Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of the continuous improvement initiatives within the business. - Lead change management with stakeholders on business operations processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation. - Develop deep knowledge of business operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Quicksite, Asana, Permissions, WorkDocs, Wiki, and Quip. - Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly, monthly, quarter business reviews, dashboards and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive update. - Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team in regular business reviews - Engage with teams to correct process gaps About the team The HSD Business Products (BizProd) team is the centralized hub that enhances and accelerates the efficiency of time, information, and decision-marking across HSD.
