The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our fundraising efforts, financial strategy, and scaling our $400M potential business across USA, Europe, and Asia markets. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Strategy & Fundraising • Develop sophisticated financial models projecting $472.8M potential annual revenue • Prepare investor pitch decks and financial narratives • Manage fundraising strategy across venture capital, angel investors, and strategic partners • Financial Operations • Establish robust financial infrastructure for rapid scaling • Design financial controls and reporting mechanisms • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management • Oversee accounting, tax strategy, and compliance protocols • Investment & Revenue Optimization • Design multi-stream revenue model • Analyze market expansion opportunities • Create detailed financial projections • Fundraising & Capital Strategy • Target initial fundraising of $35M for 18-month growth • Prepare comprehensive investment documentation • Negotiate term sheets and investment agreements • Develop valuation strategies

Compensation
