Remote Provider Recruiter - Healthcare Network/Sales | WFH

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Provider Recruiter to join our dynamic network development team, playing a crucial role in expanding and sustaining our network of exceptional dental providers. This remote position offers the opportunity to recruit, contract, and onboard skilled dentists and specialists within your designated territory. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new dental providers, including general dentists and specialists. • Foster and sustain strong relationships with a diverse range of dental organizations, from independent practices to large group practices. • Conduct thorough office evaluations and audits, addressing provider concerns while offering ongoing support and training. • Analyze network performance to identify gaps and formulate strategies that align with our members’ needs. • Maintain precise and current provider information in internal databases. • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards. • Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to achieve collective objectives. • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance network performance and provider satisfaction. • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory. Required Skills • A minimum of two years’ experience in provider network development, sales, account management, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in negotiation and presentation. • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications. • Ability to travel frequently within your assigned territory. • Experience in a dental office or with dental insurance is highly desirable. Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
