This position requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently. Requirements: 1. Active RN license 2. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience 3. BLS certification 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions 6. Experience with telehealth services is a plus 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: 1. Conduct telehealth assessments and provide medical advice to patients 2. Coordinate care with healthcare providers and pharmacies 3. Document patient interactions accurately and timely 4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met 5. Follow company protocols and guidelines for patient care 6. Provide education and support to patients and their families 7.
