Role Overview: Virtual Benefits Representative In this role, you will drive revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Connect with warm leads to identify and assess client needs. Product Presentation: Present products and services via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
