Job Description
Bynder is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and self-motivated recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles while providing an excellent candidate experience. This role is temporary for a minimum of 6 months with an opportunity to extend depending on company needs. This position is based in the United States and open to remote work. We will consider candidates interested part-time or full-time. RESPONSIBILITIES Driving the process from sourcing to offer stage All aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for requisitions within Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, etc Creating a best in class candidate experience Working closely with managers and c-level hiring managers to assemble effective recruiting and sourcing strategies Adapting to changes in hiring goals and priorities Understanding each candidates specific needs, verifying their background and experience
Qualifications
Qualifications 3-5+ years recruiting experience Expertise in conducting initial phone screens and relaying feedback to hiring managers Experience recruiting for tech and non-tech positions Ability to work a mutually-benefiting negotiation for both the candidate and Bynder Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other recruiting tools BONUS SKILLS: Experience recruiting for a SaaS, and/or marketing technology company SmartRecruiter experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
