Key Responsibilities • Lead the successful execution of multifaceted projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals. • Oversee and prioritize project tasks, managing milestones and adhering to deadlines. • Provide virtual training and continuous support to clients throughout the implementation process. • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, recommend best practices, and assist them in site development. • Convert client objectives into actionable directives for the configuration team. • Maintain comprehensive project plans and regularly update clients and senior management on progress. Required Skills • Expertise in school enrollment processes, including admissions and billing cycles. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to effectively address challenges. • Proven project management capabilities, with experience in managing schedules and deliverables. • Technical familiarity with enrollment software and school financial processes is advantageous. Qualifications • A strong background in project management. • Detail-oriented with adeptness in managing competing priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
